Famous Bollywood star Shraddha kapoor is the daughter of veteran actor Shakti Kapoor. She created a niche for herself in Indian film industry in a very short time.
Shraddha Kapoor made her on screen debut in Amitabh Bachchan's Teen Patti in 2010. The film flopped at the box-office. Later, she appeared in Luv Ka The End in 2011.
Unfortunately, this film also failed to create any magic at the Box-office. Talking about her struggle, Shraddha once told in an interview to Bollywood Hungama, "You know, in spite of being from a film family I had to go through that whole struggle to find a place. "
"I think that struggle has made me a better person and a better actress. There were days when I'd audition while my faithful sets of friends patiently waited. Then I'd come away without grabbing the role. Of course it hurt." Shraddha Kapoor added.
Her struggle ended with Mohit Suri's Aashiqui 2 opposite Aditya Roy Kapoor. For which she also won a Filmfare nomination for best actress.
Now Shraddha is busy in the shooting of ABCD 2 in which she will be seen opposite Varun Dhawan. Her upcoming films are Baaghi opposite Tiger Shroff and Farhan Akhtar's Rock On 2.
