So will Paayum Puli be a success at the box office? Well, it might be a moderate success as the movie has garnered average reviews from critics and movie goers.
But trade analysts think otherwise as they have predicted that the movie might have enough in it to be more than just a mediocre success at the box office.
Suggesting that the film might do really well at B and C centres for its good stunt sequences and intense second half, experts have also revealed that the movie's performance at A centres is something that might bother its producers.
With tough competition from Jayam Ravi's Thani Oruvan and all the other upcoming films that will be released in the consecutive weeks, Paayum Puli's chances at the box office looks a touch fragile at the moment even after considering all the valuable inputs from trade experts.
